LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES March 23, 2010 |

The special meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the supervisor at 7:00 pm with Wray, Oswald, Ensign, Crockett, and Trinklein present, and 1 guest. The regular meeting was recessed at 7:02 pm and public hearings were held regarding the 2010/2011 fiscal year budget and the truth in taxation. The public hearing was closed at 7:04 pm and the regular meeting was reopened. Resolution to set the tax millage rate at the maximum allowed was approved by roll call vote after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign. Ensign-yes; Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes. Resolution to adopt the 2010/2011 budget was approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald. Ensign-yes; Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes. Resolution to buy and sell property as considered necessary was approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Trinklein. Ensign-yes; Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes. Accepted resignation of Kimberly Oswald by roll call vote
