LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES August 10, 2010 |

The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Crockett, Oswald and Trinklein present, and 15 guests. The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett. Public comments were heard and correspondence was read. The minutes of the July 13, 2010 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign. The treasurer�s report was heard. Payment of bills in the amount of $16,173.61 in the general fund, $1,303.32 in the fire fund, 157.59 in the liquor fund, and $8,043.79 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Trinklein. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes. The fire department, planning committee, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and solid waste reports were heard. Approved proposal from Lemieux Fence Company in the amount of $3,600 for replacing 200 ft. of fence along township hall�s north property line after motion by Wray and second by Crockett. Approved attendance at MTA seminar after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald. Approved completion of 2010 tax rate request (Form L-4029) after motion by Wray and second by Trinklein. Approved certified abandoned property resolution by roll call vote after motion by Oswald and second by Crockett. Ensign-no; Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
