LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES November 10, 2009 |

The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Oswald, Ensign, Crockett, and Trinklein present, and 20 guests.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the October 13, 2009 regular board meeting was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
The treasurer�s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $148,695.96 in the general fund, $2,922.95 in the fire fund, $157.59 in the liquor fund, and $7,577.83 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Oswald and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning committee, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and sold waste reports were heard.
Appointed Samuel Oswald as a volunteer firefighter after motion by Wray and second by Trinklein.
Discussed disposition of due to and due from balances in various funds. Further action was tabled so clerk and treasurer could do further research on the origin and intent of these balances.
Approved attendance at the MCTOA December dinner meeting after motion by Ensign and second by Wray.
Approved bid of $80 per plow by Laskape for township hall snow plowing after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign contingent on receiving insurance certificate.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:58 pm by Supervisor Wray.
