LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD

SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

March 24, 2009

The special meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the supervisor at 7:00 pm with Wray, Oswald, Ensign, Crockett, and Trinklein present, and 1 guest.

Approved 2008/2009 fiscal year budget amendment as presented after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.

The regular meeting was recessed at 7:01 pm and public hearings were held regarding the 2009/2010 fiscal year budget and the truth in taxation.

The public hearing was closed at 7:35 pm and the regular meeting was reopened.

Resolution to set the tax millage rate at the maximum allowed was approved by roll call vote after motion by Wray and second by Crockett.  Ensign-yes; Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.

Resolution to adopt the 2009/2010 budget was approved by roll call vote after motion by

Trinklein and second by Ensign.  Ensign-yes; Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.

Resolution to buy and sell property as considered necessary was approved by roll call vote after motion by Wray and second by Crockett.  Ensign-yes; Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:43 pm by supervisor Wray.
