LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES November 11, 2008 |

The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Oswald, Ensign, Surma, and Trinklein present, with 17 guests.
The agenda was approved (with addition of approval of MCTOA winter meeting attendance) after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the October 14, 2008 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Surma and second by Ensign.
The treasurer�s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $50,722.45 in the general fund, $2,533.87 in the fire fund, $157.59 in the liquor fund, and $7,773.85 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein. Wray-yes; Oswald-yes; Surma-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes.
The fire department, planning committee, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and sold waste reports were heard.
Approved attendance at the Michigan Township Association new officials training seminar for those wishing to attend after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
Accepted resignation of Roger Crockett from the Planning Commission after motion by Oswald and second by Trinklein.
Approved appointment of Larry Surma to the Planning Commission after motion by Wray and second by Oswald.
Approved attendance at the Midland County Township Officer Association winter meeting after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:40 pm by Supervisor Wray.
