LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES July 8, 2008 |

The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Oswald, Ensign, Surma, and Trinklein present, with 20 guests.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Surma.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the June 10, 2008 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
The treasurer�s report will be mailed to board members.
Payment of bills were approved by roll call vote after motion by Oswald and second by Trinklein. Wray-yes; Oswald-yes; Surma-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes.
The fire department, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and sold waste reports were heard.
Held discussion on Uniform Video Service Local Franchise Agreement. Matter will be tabled until next meeting as more information needs to be gathered.
Approved publication and mailing of township newsletter with anticipated mailing date of late October after motion by Trinklein and second by Surma.
Approved expenditure for postage out of the water fund to send out informational letter on the August primary millage proposal after motion by Surma and second by Ensign.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 pm by Supervisor Wray.
