Te meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Susan Ensign, Chairperson at 6:00 P.M.

Roll call was taken: Susan Ensign, Sheila Mesler, Roger Crockett, and Gary Elza were present. Denise Schneider arrived at 6:09 P.M.

A motion by Sheila Mesler with support by Roger Crockett to accept the agenda as presented. Motion approved 4 � 0.

A motion by Gary Elza with support by Sheila Mesler to accept the minutes of the June 5, 2007 meeting. Motion approved 4 � 0.

Chairperson Ensign requested any comments from the commission members.

There was a question as to the next scheduled meeting; it is August 21, 2007 at 6:30 P.M. in the Lincoln Township Hall on Hope Rd.

Chairperson Ensign requested any comments from the public, there were none at this time.

Chairperson Ensign requested if there was any old business to bring before the planning commission. It was discussed that everyone had the new Zoning Ordinance books and would be working from them from here forward.

Chairperson Ensign under new business started discussion on the site plan review that had been distributed to the members. There was no one present from the applicants regarding the site plan review for Joe Habscheid. The commission has several questions regarding the site plan and went through these. With no one present to answer any question a motion was made by Gary Elza with support by Roger Crockett to table the review until the next scheduled meeting. Chairperson Ensign was requested to contact Joe Habscheid and review the questions the commission had so they can bring the appropriate documentation at the next meeting.

The next scheduled meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission will be held on August 21, 2007 at 6:30 P.m. in the Lincoln Township Hall on Hope Rd.

Chairperson Ensign adjourned the meeting at 6:35 P.M.

Chairperson Ensign reconvened the meeting at 8:41 P.M. with the following members present. Susan Ensign, Sheila Mesler, Roger Crockett and Gary Elza.

Joe Habscheid was present and the commission continued with the site plan review that had been tabled earlier in the meeting.

Joe Habscheid clarified and answered questions that the commission had regarding his proposed project.

Motion by Sheila Mesler with support by Roger Crockett as follows: To accept the site plan with the following stipulations.

1.      Parking area will include at a minimum, 8 spaces and will be constructed as required in Chapter 4 of the Lincoln Township Zoning Ordinance.

2.      Lighting will be designed and constructed as required in Chapter 4 of the Lincoln Township Zoning Ordinance.

3.      Signage will be designed and constructed as required in Chapter 5 of the Lincoln Township Zoning Ordinance.

4.      The above items will be designed and submitted to the township building inspector, Henry Pnacek for approval before work on these items is started.

Motion was approved 4 � 0.

Chairperson Ensign adjourned the meeting at 9:05 P.M.
