LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING

 JANUARY 9, 2007

The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor with all present and 18 guests.

Agenda was amended after motion by Ensign.

Public comment was heard and correspondence was read.

Minutes of December�s meeting approved after motion by Oswald.

Treasurer�s report was given. Motion to pay bills by Ensign. Roll call vote : Briggs - YES, Wray - YES, Oswald - YES, Hughes - YES, Ensign - YES. Approved unanimously.

Fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, and water district reports were heard.

Roger Crockett appointed to planning commission for term ending 12-31-09 after motion

by Hughes.

Dana Maier appointed to alternate on Z.B.A. after motion by Oswald.

Approved attendance of seminar by Board of Review members after motion by Oswald.

Set public hearing at February meeting for Modern Metalcraft Inc. Industrial Facility Tax Exemption request after motion by Hughes.

Meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
