The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Joseph Leigeb, chairperson at 6:30 p.m.

Roll call was taken: Joseph Leigeb, Denise Schneider, Sheila Mesler and Susan Ensign were present. Gary Elza was absent

Motion by Sheila Mesler with support by Susan Ensign to accept the agenda as presented. Motion approved.

Motion by Sheila Mesler with support by Susan Ensign to accept the Mach 7, 2006 minuets as submitted. Motion approved.

Joseph Leigeb opened the meeting up for public comment, there was none presented at this time.

Joseph Leigeb requested any comment from the commission members present, there were none presented at this time.

The site plan review for Old Oak Trails as resubmitted by Bartow & King was discussed.

Open comment from the public was some concern about who would be responsible for making sure the chain is locked on the emergency exit driveway.

Motion by Susan Ensign with support by Sheila Mesler to accept the site plans as presented. Roll call was taken, motion approved.

The site plan review for Golden Pond as submitted by Lapham Associates / Briggs Construction, Don Hamilton presented it to the commission, was discussed.

There was discussion regarding approval of land splits.

Motion by Sheila Mesler with support by Susan Ensign to accept the site plan of Golden Pond as presented to the Planning Commission with approval of the land splits from the land division Administrator. Roll Call was taken, motion approved.

Request by Joseph Leigeb chairperson if there were any other issues for the commission, none presented.

The next scheduled meeting for the Lincoln Township Planning Commission is July 18, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. in the Lincoln Township Hall on Hope Rd.

Chairperson Leigeb adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
