The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the

Supervisor with all members present and 22 guest.

Agenda accepted after motion by Ensign.

Public comment heard regarding solid waste station, sight problem on Monroe and Stark Roads, new minimum wage law.

Minutes of September�s meeting approved after motion by Oswald.

Treasurer�s report was given. Motion by Ensign to pay bills on hand. Roll call vote: Briggs- YES, Wray- YES, Oswald- YES, Hughes -YES, Ensign -YES. Approved unanimously.

The fire department, building inspector, code enforcement officer, and water district

Reports were given. Midland Conservation representative spoke of millage request.

Motion by Oswald to approve attendance of annual M.T.A. annual conference in January. Approved unanimously.

Reviewed proposals from trash contractors and explained services. Motion by Oswald for special meeting date for solid waste attendant applicants interviews on October 17, 2006.  Motion approved.
