The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor with all members present and 17 guests.

The agenda was accepted after motion by Oswald. Public comment was heard and correspondence was read.

The treasurer�s report was given.

Minutes of November meeting were approved after motion by Ensign.

The fire department, building inspector, code enforcement officer, and water district reports were heard.

Approved hiring of Gabriel Forkel as fire department trainee after motion by Hughes.

Resolution by Hughes to accept 2007 meeting dates. Roll call vote: Ensign -YES, Hughes - YES, Oswald - YES, Wray - YES, Briggs - YES Approved unanimously.

Appointed Velsor Richardson, Del Miller, and Denise Schneider, to Board of Review, With terms ending 12-31-2008, after motion by Hughes.

Appointed Mike Dice to solid waste station attendant , with term ending 12-31-07 after motion by Oswald.

Appointed Peggy Dice to solid waste station alternate, with term ending 12-31-07 after motion by Ensign.

Appointed Steve Marker to Code enforcement officer with term ending 12-31-07 after motion b y Oswald.

Appointed Sue Ensign to Zoning Board of Appeals with term ending 12-31-09 after motion by Hughes.

Approved advertisement for planning commission member and zoning board alternate, with applications to be received by 12-31-06, after motion by Hughes.

Resolution by Hughes for Consumers Energy tax refund. Roll call vote: Wray- YES, Ensign - YES, Hughes - YES, Oswald - YES, Briggs - YES. Approved unanimously.

Resolution for M.U.G.A.zoning tabled until January meeting.

Contract for Midland Conservation District approved after motion by Wray .Roll call vote: Wray - YES, Oswald - NO, Ensign - YES, Briggs - NO, Hughes - YES. Motion approved.
