The regular meeting was called to order by the Supervisor with all present except Ensign

and 17 guests.

Agenda accepted after motion by Hughes.

Correspondence was read.

Public comment was heard.

Minutes of July meeting were approved after motion by Oswald.

Treasurer�s report was given.   Approved payment of bills after motion by Oswald.

Fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement , and water district reports were given.

Approved attendance of seminar for assessor after motion by Hughes.

Stark Road water line extension was tabled after motion by Hughes.

Discussion of solid waste transfer station was heard.

Meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
