The special meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Joseph Leigeb, chairperson at 6:30 p.m.

Roll call was taken: Joseph Leigeb, Sheila Mesler, Denise Schneider and Susan Ensign were present. Gary Elza was absent.

The site plan for Black Oak Preserve was discussed. Submitted for review were letters for Midland County Drain Commission and Midland County Road Commission, copies included.

Motion by Denise Schneider with support by Susan Ensign to accept the site plan as submitted. Motion approved.

No other business was presented.

Chairperson Leigeb adjourned the meeting at 6:50 p.m.
