The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Joseph Leigeb, chairperson at 6:30 p.m.

Roll call was taken: Joseph Leigeb, Denise Schneider, Kevin Wray, Gary Elza were present. Sheila Mesler arrived at 6:45 p.m.

Motion by Gary Elza with support by Kevin Wray to accept the minutes of the August 24, 2004 meeting. Motion approved

Motion by Kevin Wray with support by Denise Schneider to accept the agenda with additions as noted. Motion approved.

Correspondence that had been received were review by Chairperson Leigeb. Items review were: Department Of Planning Letter dated 9-29-04, Letter from Terry E. Heiss dated 9-23-04,Letter from Currie Kendall dated 9-16-04, Letter from Currie Kendall dated 9-16-04, Letter from Currie Kendall dated 9-30-04.

Chairperson Leigeb review he had talked with Cindy Winland of The Spicer Group regarding the zoning text changes and they have the revisions reprinted and are ready to be picked up. Chairperson Leigeb will get them picked up and distribute to the appropriate people.

The site plan as submitted by Billboard By Johnson was reviewed, after some discussion and clarification on issues a motion by Gary Elza with support by Sheila Mesler to accept the site plan as submitted with the clarifications as discussed. Motion approved, a copy of the minutes will be sent to Billboard By Johnson.

The site plan as submitted by AT & T was reviewed. It was discussed that a letter from the property owners where the tower will be installed should be obtained and forwarded showing AT & T has use of both parcels for the fall zone of the tower. A letter from the AT & T engineering department showing the engineering of the tower and how it is designed to collapse on itself. Motion by Kevin Wray with support by Denise Schneider to accept the site plan with the requested letters to follow. Motion approved, a copy will be sent to AT & T.

Chairperson Leigeb opened the meeting for any discussion by the commission members or the public. None was presented.

There wan no old business presented.

Under new business chairperson Leigeb presented the Larkin Township Master Plan for review. Chairperson Leigeb and Vice-Chairperson Mesler will review the Master Plan and report back to the Planning Commission at the next meeting. The Planning Commission has 60 days to review and respond to any issues with Larkin Township.

The scheduled meeting on November 2, 2004 of the Planning Commission has be canceled and rescheduled for November 16, 2004 at 6:30 p.m. in the Lincoln Township hall.

It was noted that this is the last Planning Commission meeting that Kevin Wray will be attending and we all would like to thank him for his time and effort he has show in working on the Planning Commission.

Chairperson Leigeb adjourned the meeting at 7:21 p.m.
