The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Joseph Leigeb, chairperson at 6:30 p.m.

Roll call was taken: Joseph Leigeb, Denise Schneider , Kevin Wray and Gary Elza were present. Sheila Mesler was absent.

Motion by Kevin Wray with support by Denise Schneider to accept the minutes of the October 19, 2004 meeting. It was noted that the October 19, 2004 meeting was not the last meeting that Kevin Wray would be attending as a member of the Planning Commission. Motion approved with the noted change.

Motion by Denise Schneider with support by Gary Elza to accept the agenda as presented. Motion approved.

There were no new correspondence received for the Planning Commission

Chairman Joseph Leigeb recessed the Planning Commission meeting and opened the public hearing to review the following site plans.

Billboards by Johnson, BBJ. Special Land Use permit. No changes were made to the previously presented site plan that had been approved at the October 19, 2004 Planning Commission meeting. Motion by Denise Schneider with support by Kevin Wray to approve the Special Land Use permit. Motion approved.

Riley & Associates LLC Special Land Use permit. The information that had been requested at the October 19, 2004 Planning Commission meeting was presented and reviewed, there were no changes made beyond what had been requested. Motion by Denise Schneider with support by Gary Elza to approve the Special Land Use permit. Motion approved.

Copies of the minutes will be transmitted to those requiring copies.

Chairperson Joseph Leigeb closed the public hearing portion on the meeting and reconvened the Planning Commission meeting.

Chairperson Leigeb requested and comments from the commission or the public that was present. None was presented.

There was no old business presented for discussion.

New business that was discussed was the 2005 schedule of meetings for the Planning Commission. This schedule is included along with a separate copy attached; it will be posted as required.

All meetings are scheduled to be at the Lincoln Township Hall starting at 6:30 p.m.

Chairperson Leigeb adjourned the meeting at 6:50 p.m.
