The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Joseph Leigeb, chairperson at 6:30 p.m.

Roll call was taken: Joseph Leigeb, Kevin Wray and Gary Elza were present, Denise Schneider arrived at 6:34 p.m. Sheila Mesler was absent.

Motion by Kevin Wray with support by Gary Elza to accept the minutes of the June 1, 2004 meeting with one correction, the spelling of Gene Franek was misspelled. Motion approved.

Motion by Gary Elza with support by Kevin Wray to accept the agenda as presented with the addition of item 5b. Site plan review for Dori Allen. Motion approved.

The site plan review as submitted by Tim Mose at 26 E. Saginaw unit #2 was discussed. Motion by Denise Schneider with support by Gary Elza to accept the site plan as submitted. Motion approved.

The site plan review as submitted by Dori Allen at 26 E. Saginaw unit #5 was discussed. Motion by Kevin Wray with support by Denise Schneider to accept the site plan as submitted. Motion approved.

At this time the planning commission continued review of the zoning text revisions and reorganization. It was noted that Cindy Winland from The Spicer Group would be at our next regularly scheduled meeting of 7-6-04 at 7:00 p.m. Some questions will be submitted to Cindy before the meeting so she may have some answers for the commission at the next meeting.

Chairperson Leigeb went to the open discussion portion of the meeting, there was noting presented from the commission or the public at this time.

Under old business Kevin Wray brought up the question of the accessory building side yard set backs. This was discussed in previous meetings with no determination. Discussion revolved around changing it to 15� in stead of the current set back of 25�. It was determined to incorporate any change to this into the revisions currently being looked at by the planning commission. This was acceptable to those present.

No new business was presented at this time.

The next meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission is scheduled for July 6, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. in the township hall.

Chairperson Leigeb adjourned the meeting at 7:48 p.m.
