The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Susan Ensign at 6:30 pm.

Roll call was taken:  Susan Ensign, Sheila Mesler, Reid Duford, and Chris Clark were all present. Denise Schneider was absent.

A motion was made by Sheila Mesler to approve the agenda as presented and was supported by Reid Duford.  Motion approved 4-0.

Motion by Sheila Mesler and supported by Chris Clark to approve the minutes of the January 5, 2010 meeting.  Motion approved 4-0.

Commission Comments:  Reid Duford read correspondents from the City of Midland Planning Department �City of Midland Notice Public Comment Period�

Public Comments:  Henry Pnacek had a question about how many homes in the township were built on a parcel with less than 132 feet of frontage along an approved road. Dave Carol had similar concerns and questions. The Planning Commission discussed the topic and determined more information was needed from the Road Commission.

Old Business:  The Commission discussed maps for Master Plan and Zoning Ordinance books.

New Business: The Commission accepted Denise Schneider�s resignation.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:25 pm.
