LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES October 12, 2010 |

The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was
called to order by the Supervisor at The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Oswald. Public comments were heard and correspondence was read. The minutes of the September 14, 2010 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein. The treasurer�s report was heard. Payment of bills in the amount of $14,983.84 in the general fund, $4,201.63 in the fire fund, 157.59 in the liquor fund, and $12,164.31 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Oswald and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes. The fire department, planning committee, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and solid waste reports were heard. Discussed meeting date of October 14, 2010 with Midland County Road Commission and Township road program. Approved attendance at MTA Treasurer�s seminar after motion by Crockett and second by Trinklein. Approved attendance at MTA Annual Educational Seminar after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign. Approved private road maintenance agreement with Midland County Road Commission for Retreat, Brink, and Antique Lanes after motion by Trinklein and second by Oswald. Approved private road maintenance agreement with Midland
