The Meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Susan Ensign at 6:30 pm.

Roll call was taken:  Denise Schneider, Larry Surma & Susan Ensign were present, Sheila Mesler & Reid Duford were absent.

A motion was made by Larry Surma with support by Sue Ensign to accept the agenda as presented. Motion approved 3-0.

A motion was made by Denise Schneider with support by Larry Surma to approve the minutes of the October 19, 2009 meeting.  Motion approved 3-0.

No Comments by the commission members.

No Public Comments.

Old Business � Discussion on the members reviewing the Zoning Ordinance.

New Business � Meeting Dates were set for 2010, 6 Meetings are as follows:
