The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Susan Ensign at 6:30 pm.

Roll call was taken:  Susan Ensign, Reid Duford, Larry Surma, Denise Schneider, and Sheila Mesler were all present.

A motion was made by Reid Duford to approve the agenda as presented and the motion was supported by Larry Surma.  Motion approved 5-0.

Motion by Denise Schneider and supported by Sheila Mesler to approve the minutes of the January 6, 2009 meeting.  Motion approved 5-0.

Commission Comments: Susan Ensign-Chairperson mentioned that a public hearing to discuss a Plant Rehabilitation District and an Industrial Development District for property located on Virginia Drive will be held at the May 12^th Township Board meeting.

Public Comments: Kathy Kemp thanked Rowe, Inc. for the work they have done.

Old Business: Doug Piggott from Rowe, Inc. went over changes to update the Master Plan and Zoning maps.

New Business: None.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:33 pm.
