The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Susan Ensign at 6:30 pm.

Roll call was taken:  Susan Ensign, Reid Duford, Larry Surma, and Denise Schneider, were all present.  Sheila Mesler was absent.

A motion was made by Reid Duford to approve the agenda as presented and the motion was supported by Larry Surma.  Motion approved 4-0.

Motion by Denise Schneider and supported by Larry Surma to approve the minutes of the May 5, 2009 meeting.  Motion approved 4-0.

Commission Comments: Susan Ensign-Chairperson mentioned that a proposed development on a 112 acre parcel west of Stark Rd and north of US-10 could require a rezoning request from the property owner.

Public Comments: No public attendees and no correspondence or comments from the public.

Old Business: Reviewed drafted Zoning, Existing Land Use, and Future Land Use maps that were prepared by Rowe Inc.

New Business: None.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:04 pm.
