LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES March 10, 2009 |

The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:02 pm, with Wray, Oswald, Ensign, Crockett, and Trinklein present, with 16 guests.
The agenda was approved with addition of 2009 road program quotes after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the February 10, 2009 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer�s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $28,967.68 in the general fund, $6,830.21 in the fire fund, $157.59 in the liquor fund, and $16,282.50 in the water fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald. Ensign-yes; Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning committee, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and sold waste reports were heard.
Adopted changes to noise ordinance amendment after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign. Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Adopted Midland County hazard mitigation plan resolution after motion by Oswald and second by Crockett. Ensign-yes; Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Adopted national flood insurance program resolution after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald. Crockett-yes; Trinklein-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Wray-yes.
Approved 2008/2009 fiscal year budget amendments as presented after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett. Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Discussed 2009 road program quotes.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:48 pm by Supervisor Wray.
