LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES December 8, 2009 |

The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Oswald, Ensign, Crockett, and Trinklein present, and 25 guests.
The agenda was approved after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the November 10, 2009 regular board meeting was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald.
The treasurer�s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $11,318.94 in the general fund, $1,710.90 in the fire fund, $157.59 in the liquor fund, and $7,577.83 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Oswald and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning committee, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and sold waste reports were heard.
Approved 2010 Lincoln Township Board meeting dates by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Approved attendance at the MTA Board of Review Training after motion by Crockett and second by Oswald.
Accepted resignation of Larry Surma from the Planning Commission with an effective date of December 16, 2009.
Approved Pine Ridge Drive private road maintenance agreement after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
Accepted planning commission proposal for rezoning of land minus the five year time limit by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Approved entering into contract for purchase of Central States pumper apparatus body and specified equipment and Freightliner 2011 2 door chassis in the amount of $239,585 after motion by Crockett and second by Trinklein.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:32 pm by Supervisor Wray.
