LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES June 10, 2008 |

The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Oswald, Ensign, Surma, and Trinklein present, with 20 guests.
The agenda was approved (as amended) after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the May 13, 2008 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Surma and second by Ensign.
The treasurer�s report will be heard at next meeting due to computer problems.
Payment of bills (as amended) were approved by roll call vote after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign. Wray-yes; Oswald-yes; Surma-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes.
The fire department, planning committee, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and sold waste reports were heard.
The regular meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm and a public hearing on changes to the Fire and Emergency Incident Ordinance was opened. Discussion was held and public comments were heard regarding these changes. The public hearing was closed at 8:36 pm.
The regular meeting was reconvened at 8:39 pm.
Changes to the Fire and Emergency Incident Ordinance were adopted by roll call vote after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign. Wray-yes; Oswald-yes; Surma-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes.
Approved bid to stripe the Lincoln Township hall parking lot after motion by Ensign and second by Surma.
Discussed Charter Communications Uniform Video Service Local Franchise Agreement and will take to township attorney for advice.
Approved Resolution No. 08-05 regarding payment of recurring bills by roll call vote after motion by Oswald and second by Trinklein. Wray-yes; Oswald-yes; Surma-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes.
Approved attendance by ordinance enforcement officer at MTA seminar regarding ordinance enforcement strategies after motion by Surma and second by Oswald.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:19 pm by Supervisor Wray.
