LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING

 MAY 8, 2007

The regular meeting of the board was called to order by the Supervisor with all present and 17 guests.

Agenda accepted after motion by Oswald.

Public comment was heard and correspondence was read.

The minutes of April�s meeting were approved after motion by Ensign.

The Treasurer�s report was given.

Motion to pay bills by Oswald. Roll call vote: Briggs- YES, Wray - YES, Oswald - YES, Hughes - YES, Ensign - YES. Approved unanimously.

The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement officer, and water district reports were given.

Approved ordinance amendments after motion by Ensign.

Approved attendance of M.T.A. seminars after motion by Hughes.

Approved draft creation of environmental ordinance after motion by Ensign.

Discussed 40 year water agreement and curb side refuse pickup.
