LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING

 July 10, 2007

The regular meeting was called to order by the Supervisor with all present and 16 guest.

Agenda accepted as amended after motion by Oswald .Public comment was heard.

Minutes of June meeting were approved after motion by Oswald.

Payment of bills approved after motion by Oswald. Roll call vote: Briggs - Yes, Wray - YES, Oswald - YES, Hughes - YES, Ensign - YES.

The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water district, and solid waste reports were given.

Motion by Hughes to approved Ryan Martin, Richard Marks, and William Manary as fire fighter trainees. Approved unanimously..

Motion approved to accept resignation of Mike Dice after motion by Wray.

Motion approved to appoint Peggy Dice as solid waste attendant after motion by Wray.

Motion approved to appoint Larry Surma as solid waste alternate after motion by Wray.

Motion approved to mail township newsletter after motion by Ensign.

Set July 24th as date for informational meeting for curb side refuse pick-up.

Approved attendance of M.T.A. seminar after motion by Oswald.

Approved resolution for street lights after motion by Wray.
