The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor

with all board members present and 18 guests.

The agenda was amended after motion by Wray.

Public comment was heard regarding the Stearns Drain, Scout Troop 776 hall yard clean up and parking lot painting.

The minutes of April�s minutes were approved after motion by Oswald.

The treasurer�s report was given.

Motion to pay bills on hand by Ensign. Roll call vote: Briggs- YES, Wray - YES, Oswald - YES, Hughes - YES, Ensign - YES. Approved unanimously.

Motion by Wray to enter into agreement with Midland Tomorrow for $445.40 until June 2007.Approved unanimously.

Approved attendance by board members and spouses to M.C.T.O.A. June meeting after motion by Oswald.

Approved increase to solid waste transfer station after motion by Hughes.

Reviewed proposals by consultants for professional services. Tabled until June�s meeting.

Approved attendance of M.T.A. broadband seminar after motion by Hughes.

Information given by Assessor of tax appeal decision and amounts owed to schools.
