The regular meeting was called to order by the Supervisor with all present except Briggs and 20 guests.  The agenda was accepted after motion by Ensign.  Public comment was heard regarding a parks commission and the status of the Briggs law suit.

Correspondence was read regarding M. T. A. Seminars, library week,and D.E.Q. letter.

Treasurer�s report was given. Motion to pay bills on hand by Ensign. Roll call vote: Wray- YES, Oswald - YES, Hughes - YES, Ensign - YES. Approved unanimously.

The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement officer, and water district reports were given.

Free weekend date at transfer station set for May 5&6 and 12 & 13, after motion by Wray .Motion by Hughes to request for proposals from consultants to review plans as needed.

Street light installation at Black Oak Court after motion by Hughes. All approved unanimously.
