The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor with all members present and 16 guests.

The agenda was amended after motion by Ensign.

Correspondence was read regarding mosquito control, Consumers Energy newsletter, Clean water revolving fund, MDOT questionnaire, MERS retirement, and the Abbott and Ware Drain.

The minutes of March 23, Truth in Taxation and budget adoption hearing and the March 14, regular meeting minutes were approved after motion by Oswald.

The treasure�s report was given. Motion to pay bills on hand by Oswald. Roll call vote: Briggs - YES, Wray - YES, Oswald - YES, Hughes - YES, Ensign - YES.

Hughes motioned to allow Supervisor to hire solid waste attendant after interview. Hughes motioned to approve Beamish Road reconstruction for summer 2006.

Oswald motioned to allow attendance of M.T.A. Spring meeting.

Ensign motioned to allow attendance of Accounting 101seminar.

Hughes motioned to allow solid waste survey to be mailed with summer tax bills.

All motions approved unanimously.
