The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning commission was called to order by Joseph Leigeb, chairperson at 6:30 p.m.
Roll call was taken: Joseph Leigeb, Sheila Mesler, Denise Schneider, Susan Ensign and Gary Elza were present.
Motion by Sheila Mesler with support by Denise Schneider to accept the minutes of the March 1, 2005 meeting. Motion approved.
Motion by Gary Elza with support by Susan Ensign to accept the agenda as presented. Motion approved.
Chairperson Leigeb requested open discussion on any issue.
It was asked by Jerold Bailey is Old Oak Trails had submitted any plans for additional expansion. Chairperson Leigeb said that none had been submitted that he was aware of.
It was asked by Gary Elza if the property known as U-Storage being in a commercial zone had to submit to the planning commission for any additions or alteration? They are currently adding onto the rental living space that is part of that property. Chairperson Leigeb indicated that they should have and that he would check with the building inspector to see if they had pulled a building permit without a site plan review.
Chairperson Leigeb requested any new or old business form all that were present, there was none presented.
The next meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission is November 1, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. in the township hall on Hope Rd.
Chairperson Leigeb adjourned the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
