The meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission was called to order by Joseph Leigeb, chairperson at 6:30 p.m.

Roll call was taken: Joseph Leigeb, Sheila Mesler, Susan Ensign, Denise Schneider and Gary Elza were present.

Motion by Gary Elza with support by Denise Schneider to accept the agenda as presented. Motion approved.

Motion by Gary Elza with support by Sheila Mesler to accept the minutes for the October 4, 2005 meeting. Motion approved.

Chairperson Leigeb requested any comments from the public that was present, none received.

Chairperson Leigeb requested any comments from the commission members that were present, none received. Chairperson Leigeb commented on who was going to attend the county presentation on Conditional Zoning that was scheduled for November 11, 2005. Some are attending; others have attended a session that was held in Gaylord.

A site plan as submitted for 1947 Ironway by R.B. Harsh Construction was reviewed. Chairperson Leigeb said that he and the building inspector Henry Pnacek had walked through the site and did not see anything that would not be allowed as submitted. A motion by Sheila Mesler with support by Susan Ensign to accept the site plan as submitted. Motion approved.

Chairperson Leigeb requested any other items or issues, there were none.

The next meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission will be as called by Chairperson Leigeb as there are no additional meetings scheduled at this time.

Chairperson Leigeb adjourned the meeting at 6: 48 p.m.
