LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING

November 8, 2005

The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor with all board members present and 15 guests.

The agenda was accepted after motion by Hughes.

Correspondence was read regarding Airport Road extension and neighborhood watch program.

The minutes of October's meeting were approved by motion from Ensign.

The treasurer's report was given.

Motion to pay bills on hand by Oswald. Roll call vote: Briggs-YES, Wray- YES, Oswald- YES, Hughes, Ensign -YES. Approved unanimously.

Fire department, planning commission, building inspector, and water district reports were heard.

Attendance of Midland County Township Officer's dinner approved after motion by Wray.

Officer of year nomination to Dan Bloom after motion by Hughes.

Contract for hall snow plowing approved after motion by Hughes.

Attendance of M.T.A. capital improvement seminar in December approved by motion from Ensign.

Meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm.
