LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The regular meeting was called to order by the Supervisor with all members
present and 18 guests. The agenda was amended by motion from Wray and
seconded by Sheets.
The minutes of August?s meeting were approved by motion from Sheets and
seconded by Ahearn. The treasurer?s report was given.
Motion to pay bills on hand by Wray and seconded by Ahearn. Roll call
vote: Wray- YES, Nightlinger-YES, Ahearn- YES, Hughes-YES, Sheets-YES.
Approved unanimously.
Fire department, planning commission, code enforcement officer, and water
district reports were given.
Public hearing date set for October, 12 for water resolution.
Hughes motioned and Ahearn seconded pay rate increase request for
electrical inspector. Roll call vote: Sheets-NO,-Hughes-NO, Ahearn- NO
Nightlinger-NO, Wray-NO. Motion failed unanimously.
Motion to set hall rate at $25.00 for 2 hour or less use by Hughes and
seconded by Ahearn. Roll call vote: Ahearn-YES, Sheets- YES, Hughes- YES,
Wray- NO, Nightlinger-YES. Motion approved.
Wray moved and Ahearn seconded a resolution for millage request for
?Building and Emergency Services Renewal Proposal #1? for November election.
Roll call vote: Hughes-YES, Sheets-YES, Wray- YES, Ahearn- YES, Nightlingher-
YES. Approved Unanimously.
