LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by
the Supervisor with all board members present accept Ahearn and 19 guests
present.
The pledge was given and Tim Priddy addressed the board representing Rick
Enszer, candidate for County Treasurer.
Ted O?Neil addressed board on County Commissioners? issues.
The agenda was amended by motion from Hughes and seconded by Sheets.
Motion approved.
Public comment was heard.
The minutes of June 8 meeting were approved by motion from Sheets and
seconded by Wray.
The treasurer?s report was given by clerk.
Motion to pay bills on hand was made by Wray and seconded by Sheets. Roll
call vote: Wray-YES, Nightlinger-YES, Hughes-YES Sheets-YES. Approved
unanimously.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code
enforcement, and water district reports were given
.
Wray motioned and Sheets seconded to award contract to Finney Trucking
for old hall demolition. Roll call vote: Sheets-YES, Hughes-YES,
Nightlinger-YES, Wray-YES. Approved unanimously.
Hughes motioned and Wray seconded to complete work in Lincoln Estates and
to pay for from 2005 allocation in April. Roll call vote: Nightlinger-YES,
Sheets-YES, Hughes-YES, Wray-YES. Approved unanimously.
Motion approved to set August 10, 2004 public hearing date for water rate
increase and ordinance resolutions.
